Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
Spa Threads currently only ships within the United States of America, via USPS. In stock orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days when the order the placed, and customers will receive a tracking number via email.
Return and Exchange Policy
Contact Spa Threads via email at hello@spathreads.com within 30 days of receipt of eligible item(s) if you are requesting a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping expense of the returned item(s). Spa Threads will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
Eligible Items:
- Any item that is defective in sewing or fabric within 6 months of receipt of item(s).
- Any regular (not custom-made) item.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Custom-made items.
- Items used in a manner for which they were not intended.
