Shipping Policy
Spa Threads currently only ships within the United States of America, via USPS and UPS. In stock orders will be packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days when the order the placed, and customers will receive a tracking number via email. Orders shipped to HI and AK require extra shipping time. Please reach out if you need help with a shipping timeframe.
Return and Exchange Policy

New and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items with defects in sewing or fabric may be eligible for return or exchange within 2 months of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:

Items used in a manner other than their intended purpose

Opened or used items that do not have a defect in sewing or material

Items returned outside the eligibility windows above
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply before the order is resent. Otherwise, we will issue a refund for the returned merchandise minus the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
